Hey Bruna and Juliana, this is an awkward question...but do you guys know any exercises or just tips on how I can lose that giggly fat by the armpit and chest area? Summer is coming and I really want to flaunt tank tops or tube tops, but theres always that flab near the armpit. If you guys could answer back I'd appreciated it! Thank you!

Erm, well to be honest for me there isn’t really a way to get rid of the fat around there. I mean I have that flabby stuff when I wear tube tops and tank tops too. But push-ups are always nice for toning arms. Sorry that I can’t be much help ):

Hey Bruna, I saw your before and after pictures and may I ask, what do you eat and do to maintain your body and get stronger? Thank you so much! Much appreciated!!



Bruna: 

First of all, I don’t diet AT ALL. It has never worked for me and it probably never will. I eat a lot of meat, fruits, and veggies ( I try to, I hate veggies.) I basically work out as much as I eat (Which is a significant amount). I get stronger by lifting weights. In February I was squatting 45 pounds, now I’m squatting 155 (160 on a good day). It’s constant lifting and cardio that gets you in shape, that’s how I did it.

PHILIPPINES!

Man. So I’m I leave in like 5 days so we’ve been buying summer clothes like crazy. Got:

  • a new bikini,
  • 2 dresses, 
  • 3 shirts, 
  • 2 pairs of flip flops, 
  • a fringe purse, 
  • a pair of leggings, 
  • a pair of jeggings, 
  • a pair of jogging shorts
  • a tank top, 
  • the Maybelline dream matte pressed powder
  • and the Maybelline superstay 10 hour stain gloss

and I don’t even think I’m done!!! AHHHH I LOVE IT. But I’ll be shopping like crazy in the PI too… it’s gonna be a good summer.
